Modern Vespa

I'm thinking about taking a couple trips this summer.
Pikes Peak
Rocky Mtn. National Park, through Estes Park
Possibly Mt. Evans.

Anyone in the Denver area interested in joining along?
I'll be taking my P200, but anyone (on any scoot) is welcome to join in if they would like!

My wife and Daughter are going back to MI for 3 weeks so with my newfound free time I thought that a nice long scooter journey would be fun. I plan on taking it really easy, stoping for pictures and whatnot.

Let me know if you want to join in and we could find a day to plan on.

A few of us were talking about a run to Mt. Evans late this month. Meeting in either Evergreen or Idaho Springs. My preference would be to meet in Evergreen but that's because we'd be coming from Breckenridge.

My husband and I have also talked about Rocky Mountain National Park but no decision on when has been made.

I need to do a Mt. Evans run too. Keep me posted! Preferably not the last weekend of July, as there is a big rally!

Which rally would that be?

I will be there and plan to ride through RMNP on Sunday, July 21 with my friend on Motorcycles. He is riding from Jacksonville to Denver. I am flying to Denver and renting a BMW bike for 8 days. We will be on our way to Grand Teton, Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks.

The rally on the 26-28th is Mile High Mayhem.

It will start very close to home along Broadway, and was a total blast last year, so I plan to take full advantage.

Sounds good. I could go for a ride to Estes and RMNP but not Mayhem Weekend.

Also have heard that Winter Park is a nice ride.

OK, enough theory, set some plans in motion and I'll meet ya there .

If you can make it on July 21, you are welcome to ride with me and Drew through the park. We will end the day in Rock Springs, Wy. but you could ride as far as you like during the day.

Traveling to Denver tomorrow for 'service', but will exit town soon after.
I would like to extend these visits at some point, and take a few local rides.
