Now that the Ignition coil is fixed, Vespie has decided to give me carburetor troubles, I think...

Starts second kick with the choked pulled.
Run up the block, did a u-turn throttled and died. Pushed him home and he starts right up, but if I release the choke he revs high then dies.
I took off the cowl and looked at the carb box (as if I know what I'm looking at).
I saw gas bubbling from the Idle adjustment screw on top.
after taking off the box and the filter I started up and noticed gas blowing from a brass fitting on the choke assembly (see picture).
Is something supposed to be in there, a screw or something? It was kinda vibrating every time I reved.
I'm also posting a video so you can see what's going on. Sorry it's wobbly while I start up.

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks all!

I'm looking for a diagram of the carb to help determine if something goes in that spot...

Pretty sure nothing goes there but air.

I think at one time there was a "starter jet" there but it doesn't show up on the newer parts lists.

I've never seen one with anything in it. I was curious and did a google image search. H8undreds of SI carb pics, but none have anything there.
