Consensus is "Ruby" - from two women rider friends. Yeah, it's hardly original, but has the best chance of sticking. I listend to Luka Bloom last night, just to help it stick .. gotta love that open-tuning sound he gets from his enclosed guitars, Ruby and Judy.
My Ruby is called Ruby Roo. Its red, it is also the name of my daughter and its the sound my son used to make when saying Scooby Doo.

.. not that either of mine come when I call them. Nor does Hildegard (my BMW).
