Not to paint with too broad a brush, but that's what I'm about to do - Connecticut is going to hell in a handbasket. I thought that was supposed to be a nice place?! I recently caught up with my ol' college roommate, who is now living in CT on a 2-year work assignment, and he cannot WAIT to get the hell out of there - and he's not even in New Haven!

They need to do a few test ride "Stake Outs". Get a few guys in a vehicle within view and sent guys on test rides with the car following at a distance

Terrible and this thought has occurred to me as I ride through various neighborhoods.

Many shops in Chicago test ride their scooters and bikes up and down the street where they are located.

At many points on my commute, thieves could jump out at a light or stop sign and knock me off my scooter, jump on and ride off.

I have seen these types of attacks on youtube with various results.

Hope they catch these thugs. I hope the owner is okay.
