I lost a wire, and it went from the bottom Stud of the coil, to the junction box.....Does anyone now which terminal it goes to?

Also, does anyone have a good match for the GL's White color? Someone painted part of the scoot yeller....and I am looking to rattlecan it a close match to the original white.......

Cream colored. Too dark? Get a can of white, use each in varying amounts to try to match.

Screw that with trying to match the paint. This place got me matched paint in a can. It's not cheap but give them the paint code and they will match it to the code. It has the thinner and hardener in it in a separate area that has to be punctured and used within 12 hours but I was really impressed with how it turned out.

FYI, this in only the first coat so the primer still comes through a bit.

Earlier, I didn't notice your avatar with the yellow cowls and mudguard. There could be original paint underneath that yellow. Maybe try some lacquer thinner or cheapo paint remover in an inconspicuous spot and see if the yellow bubbles off easily. If it doesn't soften or bubble easy, oh well. Working quickly before it gets to the original might allow you to see what's underneath. The original paint is usually difficult to remove with ordinary paint remover. You might be left with something nice.

No matter what kind of try-to-match paint, just painting panels is quite obvious.

Look for your wiring here.

I'll try the paint removal trick, and see if it works...
The coil is a newer one, and those terminals don't show in the VLA electric's...
Does anyone have a picture of their GL wiring to send me????
Thanks....
