Modern Vespa

After 4 months of learning to ride my MP3 (and passing the skills test) I took the road test and passed!
I was very nervous but did pretty good. Of course there was some confusion on if I got a three wheel restriction or not They started out with 3 restrictions and finally figured out the MP3 was considered a 2 wheeled bike (not three because it leaned) and a scooter. The automatic restriction was dropped the next day. So the final result was Class 6 with Scooter restriction!
I am enjoying my Piaggio and getting more skill and confidence every time out.

Well done on doing everything by the book and getting the tuition and experience along the way. I know it's different from a car where you have the instructor sitting alongside you, but the first few drives/rides alone are really weird, and also possibly the most dangerous. Keep safe and enjoy!

Congratulations. I practiced on mine for about two months before taking my road test, and I wanted to pass on an important lesson I learned - don't ever allow fear to enter your mind, because I did that a couple of times and I felt the bike wobbling. I'm pretty sure that I would have wiped out if I hadn't cleared those thoughts from my mind.
