That price is nowhere near a deal. $5K for a 5-6 year old bike?

Low miles or not its still a grand or so from where it should be IMHO.

With that suite of nearly $1000 worth of accessories it's certainly very worthy of the consideration of someone who is actually in the market for a used GTS.

Armchair quarterbacking on someone else's sale was eliminated from this forums For Sale section long ago....this is a good reminder why.

Kelly Bluebook values for a 2008 GTS250 in the Seattle area -

High book value (retail) $3,675

Low book value (wholesale) $2,510

(these book values do not take accessories into account which may affect price)

I'd pay top dollar for a garage kept low mileage bike... Wait... I already did... And I love it... No regrets at all. And I didn't even get any accessories

Sorry, I guess I should re-visit the FAQ. But yeah, the accessories do make this an ok deal I guess.

Its as good a deal as the eventual buyer deems it to be (at the price that it actually sells for).

Indeed, but in both cases it is good to make sure you have cleaned your glasses lately .

windshield and top box add several hundred dollars to it, not sure what it should go far looks quite nice but take the accessories into consideration.

best of luck and listen to those on this blog many people who really know their stuff.

Thing is, other people's eyeglass 'script doesn't work for anyone but them.

$ Seems OK
After a deer ran out in front of me and totaled my '06 GTS. I then found a '07 GTS (originally purchased from Big Peoples Scooters in Seattle), with 801 miles, for $4,200.00. So, I added and tall Vespa windshield (cut it down) and a Vespa trunk, lucky for me I still had the front rack from the old GTS. Then I purchased a LV exhaust, shock bushings and a few others things. So the price of the mentioned 'Seems OK' to me.

Plus bought a good set of tires for it

Also if your really wanted it and had cash....it might go for 4700 bucks or ??????
