Just thought I'd post this for anyone contemplating doing the same (sorry if there's already been a post on it). Fitted to 2013 Piaggio MP3 500ie Sport Touring LT

I ordered from Motocard.com (in Spain), took about a week to arrive to UK (UK had a 3 week waiting on the mount).

GIVI E470 N Monolock case (47 litre)
GIVI E110 backrest for case (upper back rest)
GIVI SR134M tilting mount (comes with a lower back rest)

Installing was easy, it's good kit too. I did a 200 mile trip with it recently and didn't notice the box causing any untoward handling in strong cross winds. It won't get two full face helmets in, needs about another inch in width for that. It does hold a lot, but has a recommended max weight of 3kg (if you want to carry more weight go for a Monokey case/mount rated at 10kg). Some people have said they've carried more than 3kg for years without problems...

I also got some GIVI XS302 Saddle Bags but have yet to take a picture of them. Will update this post with pics in due course.

Some pics of the top box fitted:

They can be made to sit more straight by shortening the straps under the seat.

Here's a shot of one 'expanded'

You need to be careful with the bracket. Mine developed a tear in the metal and the trunk started to drop down. You could not see the damage without removing the lower pad. Also go easy on the speed bumps, I think that is what started my problems. I currently have a SR-108 bracket and will report if there are any issues with it.
