It must have really been moving to get all that air. So he probably fell asleep or had a seizure or something and motored on down the exit ramp of the cross under highway?

The story I heard on the news said that a car pulled over in front of him and he swerved to miss it. Looking at the video sure does look like he came off the on ramp across the grass then vaulted over the highway. What ever happened this video will be part of the police investigation.
