right then im working on me bits for the bastardisation of the t5 .... im going slight cut with maybe full leggies ... wasnt gonna share yet but im stuck...

indicators welded up ...
led bar ends [if i can get them to work without blowing]....
small rear indicators peeping from under the rear panels ...
panel toolbox ...
leggy spare holder ...
ancillotti seat....
fake distressed paint made of four layers of primer.....
left hand pipe...

the thing is huggers look shite with full legshields ... i dont want a t5 horncover as the bull has one so im leaning towards a trimmed t5 muddy with efl horncover ... i know ive said this is just wrong but im stuck for ideas n i think it might be ok on this un .... what ya think

B.. I was looking at mine and visualizing some possibilities... I think you should cut the leg shield in just to the inside edge of where the signals Would have been or however far you want to go, straight down on both sides.. no round out.. and then very smoothly have it flare out just along the top edge of the floor rails matching the angle that the 3 staggered rails make, so it ends up coming back to regular width for the floor.... if I ever cut my P I'm going to do this..

Out of left field I know but what about a mudguard something along the lines of the Bianchi Orsetto (Raleigh Roma) or, more up to date, the Husqvarna Nuda?

Ditto on the COFFIN!
Just get some cheap black rubber trim.
Cut it a bit at the corners, so it will bend to a straight angle matching the coffin shape.

leggy trim
Hey guys,
Speaking of leg shield trim...
I'm going to use "Windlace" on my leg shield. It's readily available from National Parts Depot (NPD).
http://www.npdlink.com/store/catalog/Mustang_Windlace-305-1.html

This vendor supply's a lot of my mustang resto stuff. It's typically used on exposed metal edges on autos. With my silver I'm going to, most likely, go with black, as it will match my other rubber trim.
BTW, it's available in black, dark blue, white, red, and ivy green, as I recall.

brain ache
think coffin would work with a coffin tank but on its own it wouldnt look right unless ya stood directly iinfront of it .... it looks good as a 2d but its got alot of shape to the leggies ...

im thinking minimal cut around the top edge n standard trim on pulled down lower ... summat like this un .... still unsure ...
the bitza was easy as i knew what i liked n wanted in a late 80s style ... now im after a late 90s style cut .. more minimal with hidden lights
like this cut
like this cut

it's not much of a cutdown, but it IS a nice shape.. put some lammy trim on and call it a DL. That shape would flow nicely with some Slight drops..
