I can't unless I go through the full theory and practical bike test. I did a cbt that lasts two years before renewing again and allows anything up to a 125cc but with L (learner plates) by law. It's my first bike and think ill go with it for these two years and see how I feel at renewal time. Doing my test would allow me to ride a bigger vespa though.
