Radiohead Experience #2

I took my now girlfriend out for a second date and had Radioheads Everything in it's right place from the Vanilla Sky sound track playing.

My date says to me and I quote "What is this shit?"

Erm how do you recover from that ?

Billy-no-scoot

Thats funny, my quick response "well if you like that, your gonna love this" quick change of tunes.

When I was single, I always asked about what types of music they liked and what was their fav band, they love it when you ask them questions about them. Then I was able to grab a second date.

Good Luck

Vivaldi, the 4 seasons, Winter.

Yeah Yeah Yeahs : Zero

Alison Krause and Union Station.

I am listening to this song over , and over, and over.......

The rest of the album is BRILLIANT, and is playing on loop 24/7..

I know, it doesn't come out till april, but if you know where to find it........

Can't wait to get it on vinyl.

I claim to be all Steely Dan, all the time but driving back and forth between OKC and Dallas gives me a lot of "listen" time. I picked up some ELO which has inspired many high school and college memories. On the new side, I am listening to Dido, Safe Trip Home. As I tell my daughters, the sound is haunting.

The fabulous new Kinks box set Picture Book, disc one.

Been over a year since i last posted on this thread and I'm STILL listening to my son singing in his room right now w/guitar...(pic at volunteer "gig") Still SWEET. Lots of original stuff these days. just bragging parent. He's recently gotten the two wheel bug and rides a '71 honda 350
