...but have to work 6am to 6pm.

If I can make it, I will. My friend who persuaded me to get on two wheels lives nearby - I wonder if it would be OK if he came along?

Also, the museum, for anyone who hasn't been there, is fantastic. Almost too massive to take in on just one visit. Would love to go again.

how modern is modern? trying to decide if 80-ish miles is too far for me to ride. still getting used to riding in the UK

Where are you riding from?

You'd be very welcome (all scoots are) and international riders especially. From your mileage I guess you're at Fairford or Lakenheath? OK on a P200 and there may be someone who'd ride along with you...

Start early on Sunday morning, it'll be quiet...

60ish miles for me like Pepy, 80ish for Waspman, but if Dr Zoidberg turns out, he should take furthest travelled hands down - about 115m I reckon. Neil from IOW is sadly out as he's had to sell his Fuoco, leaving him a Lammy and P range that aren't quite up to long hauls.
