The few Fuzzy Washers I have remaining are from batch #3 which I paid for. I won't be ordering any more because they now have a minimum order amount and a setup fee. |

BubbaJon wrote: Not entirely accurate. Several of us were discussing a new French racing variator. Analysis revealed a different profile but also that it was wider apart by 1mm. So this started speculation on whether if you doubled the original washer if it would do the same thing. Fuzzy volunteered to find out on his 400. It did work to a point but also brought a few other issues like belt rubbing and such. We opined the French engineers must have settled on that 1mm extra for good reason. I had a buddy in a machine shop so we all chipped in and had the first batch of Fuzzy Washers machined. They were named after Fuzzy because he had the balls to risk his scooter for science. The few Fuzzy Washers I have remaining are from batch #3 which I paid for. I won't be ordering any more because they now have a minimum order amount and a setup fee. Please reach out to me through PM if it works for you. Thnx,BW |
