Just wondering.

I have a great little weather app on my phone that I consult and gives me tornado warnings.

Does anyone have any other phone apps useful to PTW riders?

punch in the numbers every time you fuel up. lets you track how your MPG is going -- changes to MPG that aren't because of hot rodding or going on different routes are a great warning sign of something being out of adjustment
like tire pressure or valve clearance.

most useful to daily riders.

Airplane mode. It's a great safety app. Turn it on when riding.

In Minnesota we go the opposite direction if the barn up the road goes airborne. No app needed.

All kidding aside, none I found were very interesting to me. Fun looking though, and an interesting read.

I think the best thing I have which is not really an app is a phone/bluetooth system in my helmet. I can connect it to my iPhone with bluetooth and listen to music when I ride, I use Pandora for my music, and if I get a cell call I can answer it hands free just by saying hello and then either hang up or pull over to have a safe call. I listen to the music on the soft side so I can still hear the world about me but the music adds enjoyment to my ride. This system can also be used to talk to others with similar systems if on a group ride, although I have not done that yet.

Road Trip for fuel & cost tracking, Google Maps (I prefer for the "avoid highways" option), Urban Spoon when I don't know what's around, and Weather Channel. The web browser is also handy for accessing MV.

I tried using Airplane Mode once, but it crashed.

Moto minder. MC app where you can put all kinds of things in. Dates and miles service were done etc etc etc.
