The lower front shock bolt is in backwards so you will have to remove the front rim and tire before you do anything. Remove that lower shock bolt, swing the shock forward slightly out of the way, unscrew the nut that holds the upper spring retainer to the fork bracket, push the rear of the fork link down and work the upper spring retainer out of the hole (be careful), once it is out, twist the spring out of the lower retainer and twist the upper retainer out of the spring. Assembly is the reverse of disassembly. Make sure to put the lower shock bolt in the right way upon reassembly.
