I rode yesterday in 14 degrees but didn't go far enough. It's seven Fahrenheit out right now. I guess I could go for a spit and at least get an entry on the board.

Too many people riding here every day to honestly be the "state" (επαρχία) winner, even on the coldest day of the year.

Thanks! I try and take care of my scoots inside and out. Good condition scoots are getting harder and harder to find, and as corny as this sounds, I figure the better I take care of my rides now, the better the chances are someone else down the line will enjoy them as much as I have. Strangely I have somewhat of a preservation mind set in the back of mind when I find myself sinking time and money into a scoot. And I like a clean, sorted scoot...
What the fuck were we talking about? Oh yeah, it's cooooooooold! |

Just racked up 12.5 miles at 8 degrees so I could have a guaranteed entry.
![]() Fogging was an issue, as was engine overheating in the mid-range. Only part of me that's cold are my feet. I should have worn wool socks. |
