I to am working out each day at around 5:00am. I didn't start out very heavy to begin with (170-175), and am just now back up to 157 lb.s after going well below that. My diabetes nurse-counselor stated "Lawdog, I don't get to ever tell this to people, but boy,you need to gain some weight!"
To me that sounded like a ringing endorsement for gobbling up some chocolate-covered-twinkle-dinkies but she seems to think I just need larger portions of healthful foods. Nurses........
