Modern Vespa

I ended up getting this today.
1963 VBB 150.
One owner, original 1963 license plate.
Some cool accessories it appears to come with it... rear bumper, front fender guard, original spare tire cover/bag and a windshield that I will get next week.

Non running, but just needs the usual clean tank/carb, new plug etc etc.
I'm not even going to wash this... it literally has been sitting in his families barn and was last running about 9 years ago.

Kinda crazy... the original owner (Dad) signed the title over to his son in 1978 and he just left it as is. So I've got this title signed over to him from the 1970's.
He was telling me about how his Dad would put a pillow on the rear rack and strap him (son) down and ride around the farm and such when he was around 6 years old.
That was the last time it was registered... 1978.

I don't know if it's the meds or the fact that I haven't had anything to eat since Wed. at 5pm, but I love this one Doc. I love the old rack, the spare cover, and even the front bumper..
The whole bike just looks like it's in a cocoon and just a little elbow g will cause it to emerge as a beautiful flower! It looks very straight too!
Anyway... it's really really a great find.. and Mercan pickers didn't ruin it!

No dings just OG. Hopefully the old owner waxed it once before the dust got on it.
