Hello my air filter cap has come Off on my fly 125 is this an issue that I must resolve straight away???

While not critical, missing the cap will mean that all the oil it is containing in the air filter chamber will end up all over your bike.

In a pinch you can just go to a hardware store and buy a little plastic cap and secure it on with a tiny zip tie [or similar].

Short term fix - try a piece of clean plastic sheet and a cable tie - make a small hole in the the centre of the plastic sheet to allow breathing
