Here is a picture that I took of the Christmas tree at the Alabama state capitol in Montgomery.

We've cut back our decorations now that my daughter has gotten older, but I really like it none the less.

Syntagma, you really need to water that tree!

Yeah I wasn't too keen on it at first but it's grown on me. Who am I to second guess my interior designer wife.

Gift Exchange package received this week. I won't open it until tomorrow.

To my recipient, I'm still waiting to get a few things being shipped before I can send it out. Merry Christmas everybody!

Our first tree in about 12 years. I put it up for my wife's birthday.

Our Tuxedo Black Christmas tree. The lights in the middle have gone out for some reason, so it just gets filled in with those color changing ornaments every year. Had to turn over some of the presents too because our cat was chewing up all the bows. I'm just glad she didn't decide to open the presents since she loves to destroy paper.

Even when we're finishing up the last of the decorating, I still can't be trusted around grownup things:

Here's mine. Small but cute. I have a card that Tex's daughter drew up front. 8) Note the palm trees in the background. Doesn't seem like xmas when it's 80. Have some cool decorations that i've gathered in my ravels. 2 scooter ones as well. You can see on in front and the others on the right side.No prezzies under it when this was taken but there's a few under it now. The train actually works. 8)

On the pickle back up the thread, we had one for several years, until one year it got hidden so well it wound up getting tossed out with the tree after Christmas.

We're waiting for out of town guests, so Christmas is on hold till the 27th.

I am aware that this Japanese Maple leaf looks like a Cannabis Majorica leaf, but that's part of the fun.

ALEX i have a small track around mine as well (see photo above). Great minds think alike. Didn't have them on the track yet since i had to change out the battery.Yours is much better.
