Wintersilks sells good ones. Also a silk balaclava that works as a great cold weather helmet liner.

This is how I do it.... 3 pairs of gloves. Summer, light weight. . Mid weight. . Lee parks deerskin . And heavy winter gloves made by harley davidson. . I have heated grips also and I carry heat packs to add just in case it's very cold and a long ride.. there's no one fits all solution for cold.. use the 3k that you have for a bike and buy proper gear.

While not a "riding" glove. I use something like this.

A good snowboard mitten. The one I have actually has a full insulated glove "inside" the outer wind and water proof mitten. I have worn these in the 10's all day outside skiing and boarding, and down into the 20's on the scooter running in the 50-60 mph range. One the scooter, every part of my body was freezing through the layers and leather. But my hands were downright toasty.
Just received these in the mail. They fit over my Firstgear gloves nicely although the thumbs are a little tight. Went for a little ride this morning and my hands felt toasty. When it gets in the teens I will put them to the test. I'm pleased with the purchase so far. Note-I ordered one size larger than I wear as to fit them over my gloves.

tucano urbano muffs
I've been riding for the last three years, first on my gts 300, and now on my bv350. I live in the northeast. the last 3 winters have been BRUTAL. I DON'T WHERE GLOVES with them. If installed properly, they are fantastic! I just bought a new set of muffs and the termoscud in preparation for another winter of riding. Second nature getting hands in an out. No problems operating controls.

Totally awesome product!

Great community here btw!
