Funny how when depression really sets in its the little things that make me smile. Like breaking the light bulbs at the top of the page!

As you grow older you may come to realize that it's always the little things that count. This is a season of mixed doses of cheer and sadness for most people. Make the best of it and have a wonderful Holiday.

When I was a kid my parents hung those old big style Christmas bulbs around the eaves of the house. I couldn't resist shooting one or two occasionally with my BB gun. Not sure if they ever figured out what kept happening to those bulbs!
