I know you've probably already checked but just make sure you do all the checks.

If it has been sat idle for more than a few years I may need a good clean out ect. Then again I don't know if the guy looked after it and did everything right for when it wasn't being ridden

It runs ok but has a rough idle and it dies when idling, so the carb needs to be gone through,,, so I'll probably change the hoses while I'm in there and install a inline filter also,, battery and tires are new,, it needs a general go through to make sure everything is kosher

I live in thousand oaks and it was in Camarillo 15 miles away,,,I'm glad I jumped on it,, I'm also very happy I didn't get a big fat ticket cause at one point in my zeal to get over to the scoot I was doing about 100mph,,, I really didn't want to loose it to someone else

i went to get it in my pickup,,i figured with so few miles over such along time i'd have issues with it and the tags and insurance and condition of the oil and all the other crap that goes with buying a mummified bike that hasn't been run for so long time,,,,it needs me to go thru it from top to bottom, would like to have a local riding friend i don't know anybody with a scooter except for a cute chick that works at starbux that rides an aprilia,,,,don't think the wife would like that too much,

I don't think my husband would like it either. But there are a lot of cool roads around here. Just be safe and watch out for idiots

WD40 is £1 at my local Wilkinsons shop at the monet, if you want me to ship some over. Its quite a big can too. comes with a drinking straw???
