Figured I would post here rather than clutter up the for sale section. Some of you here swing both ways (I'm talking scooters)

Here are the links to scoot.net. I can repost the entire ad here if necessary.

GP200
http://scoot.net/classifieds/forsale.html?id=47760

Picked up from a LCUSA member. Got caught up in a GP200, SX200, and TV200 all coming for sale in one shot and ya - i bought them all. Needless to say that was an expensive month and not really my brightest idea. Really nice bike and runs well. I am in it $6250 with price of bike, shipping twice (went to pick up first time and wasn't ready so had a shipper pick it up the second time around). Not looking to make money, not looking to lose money. Not in a need to sell position, rather just would like to sell it. After all the dust settled on a ridiculous shopping spree, I'm sticking with the TV200 and parting with the others.

The LI is beautiful. Did you installed the front mini shocks on the front suspension or did it came like that. Mine is a 63 and doesn't have it. I like the brushed metal finish on some of the parts. My paint is trashed so I thought about doing something like that as well

Friend of mine got it. Delivering to him tonight. All cool bikes - but the tv takes over these

Flipping is likely the wrong term here. Have I flipped bikes in the past...yup. will i in the future...yup. Will i make some money along the way. YUP! Will people get pissed - yup. I even had one person on this board call me "shady" because I marked up a bike a couple of hundred more than I paid for it - even though I was aiming to negotiate down to what I was in it. It is what it is. It helps to support my scooter hobby.

This bike was bought to use as a foundation for a custom bike...cut down. Its a fuzzy mess - why not. The more I worked on it the more i saw how it could stay a full bodied bike. No need to cut this one down (yet). I was able to acquire correct OE parts to replace some of the damaged ones found after I shaved it bald. Added on some new repro parts and here it is - gets to stay as a complete bike.

I was able to trade a bunch of parts I had lying around for a frame someone on here had lying around and that became a better candidate for a custom, chopped up build.

As it stands my math sucked and the price I lowered it to on Craigslist and scootlist.net ($2400) is less than I am in it. Oh well - fun project and cool complete bike stays on the road.

Now..if it doesnt sell at 2400 - it will get cut up and custom build will be done on it.
