A friend of mine, shortly after buying a Yamaha Majesty scooter, received a survey. There were probably over 100 questions, but the underlying theme was pretty much "Do you feel like people think you're a pussy when you ride your new scooter? Do YOU feel like you're a pussy when you ride your new scooter?"
We assumed this particular survey form was geared specifically for the U.S. market, sad to say. |

Yep, I made their marketing list too.
Actually wondered if these surveys make a difference in future development or is it just a ploy to see what the general interest of a product line is. Kinda like TV ratings.... "Gee, can we up next years MSRP?" |
