Been looking at reflective vests, bought the Icon Mil-Spec vest, when it arrived it looks well made but I admit I feel like a bit of a tit wearing it. The milspec patch doesnt come off and there isnt much reflective tape on the front.

I did some google'ing and found these vests http://www.spectrumultrasports.com/

I think they look pretty awesome and they have free shipping so I ordered one, will see how it goes. The website and facebook page sounds promising and it looks like the guy who owns the store rides scooters.

Anyone got one? any good?

Thanks for the tip. Those look really good. I was doing my spring cleaning last weekend and my old Fieldsheer vest is looking pretty sad. I just ordered one of these and will do a review when it arrives. Love those sale prices!

I just got mine (grey), it's very nice and feels comfortable. I'd recommend

"Spectrum is here to help you hold onto your ghost." - just wanted to point out this awesome quote from the mfg.

I picked this up at IKEA. It sits in my pet carrier and I toss it on after dark.

Seems to work and folds pretty small.

I received my Spectrum Vest in three days but only got a glance at it through a hole I tore in the package before my lovely wife snatched it out of my hands. I may have suggested that she give the vest to me for our 16th anniversary, coming up next week. She may have believed that I meant it!

So my report is delayed... but from the glimpse that I got, my green vest looked good!

Me, too. It does look kinda dorky, but if it serves the purpose of making me more visible, I don't care. I got mine at Home Depot.
