Modern Vespa

Can someone tell me where this white plug goes. The two red plugs go into the speedo and gas gauge and I can't find the place to plug the white connector...

That'll plug into the harness somewhere - perhaps into the socket shown top right? It's for the indicator tally lamps in the dash.

I can tell you when I get home. I'm at work now(lunch), and have no information with me. I seem to think that there is a left over connector on our lx 150, but can't remember if it is under the headset or elsewhere. May have something to do with different north american wiring, and used only on european models. But that is just speculation until I get home and check.

You may be right ... i cant for the life of me find a place too plug it into 2.

There are 3 ( females) on the headlight cover

and 7 (females) on the speedo / gas gauge cover

and on the handle bar there are 11 males ..

stumped .. and cannot remember if there was one extra plug ..

At least i got the new clock working and changed the speedo colour too blue with new leds

Update ... checked it out again but nothing looked obvious too me.

looks like the plug does nothing. Everything is working as it should. I may have missed something but at the moment that what it looks like.

You can always go to the WIKI and look for tthose wire colors and see what it goes to. S150 harness should be similar to an LX150 without the immobilizer bullshit.

No it doesn't plug in anywhere actually. I'm not sure what it is there for - it's definitely indicator wiring. It was there on the ET as well.

I seem to recall that plug with the pink wire was listed as for an Audiocator on my LX150. I think I tapped into it when I installed the beeper on my turn signals.

Well that makes me feel better... Maybe if it is connected to blinkers maybe its time too mod my blinker set up..
