Hi I recently bought a Fuoco 500ie - this is a terrific forum and I have spent the last two weeks learning all about my new bike!

Please could someone tell me what the two electrical connections just below the front calipers do? The manual refers to them as "tone" connectors which I thought were related to ABS but I don't think Fuoco has ABS? So what purpose do the serve?

(more stupid questions likely to be posted soon)

No ABS on MP3/Fuoco. They are the speed sensors used for the speedometer and the tilt lock module. Be careful cleaning down there the wires like to break and cost you $$$.

Thank you for the warning on things to come. Hope your skin is thick.
