I was wondering if anyone is a member of this club, I have joined and I'm trying to organise a meet up with them when I get there from the 26 of this month until 3rd May
I was wondering if theres anyone on here that are also members of this club? or would just like to meet up for a beer or meal when the wife and I get there?

We then go on to Sarasota Florida from the 4th of May for 9 days, so if anyone in that state would like a beer or food, just shout.

OK guys and dolls, I have the dates for Scottsdale and Sarasota.

I land on the 26th. jet lag will kick in so, I can meet up anytime on the 28th, 29th.....then busy until 1st. so anytime on the 2nd or 3rd<<is a Saturday so a great night to meet at the Pavilions car meet and eat at Sweet Tomatoes all you can eat buffet.
Or meet up at the Marriott Residents Inn 6040 N Scottsdale road, just north of E McDonald Drive for a beer or two.

For Sarasota, we will be there from 5th May until the 12th. we are staying at the Ritz Carlton 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive. Feel free to pop in for a beer or two.

I'm happy to discuss a ride across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge for the Sarasota rally.

The weekend of May 9-11 is the Tampa Two Stroke Sleep Away Rally. Dare I say one of the BEST annual scooter events in the state.
Its a bit north of where you will be but its worth a visit on Sat if you can fit it in. The gymkhana and scooter games are always so much fun. Its vintage and modern. Even if you dont have a scooter its a fantastic event. I wont prattle on too much more, but Google Tampa Two Stroke and you should be able to find out more details.

And I envy your stay at the RC in Sarasota. My hubs used to work for the company so we had an opportunity to stay there once. Great place. I wish the hotel was on the beach, but its so easy to get to the beach club. The main hotel is super close to downtown Sarasota wich is one of my most favorite places.
And on top of that living here in Fl, I feel that May is the absolute best time to go to the beach and be in Fl. The days are longer. Its warm enough to go swimming (without being too hot). The summertime afternoon thunderstorms havent started yet, so the water is usually exceptional (no stormwater runoff)

My hubs is 3rd generation born in Sarasota, so he knows that neck of the woods pretty well. I could keep going on about how wonderful it is and all the cool places to go, but you probably already know (thats why you're coming)

I've been to Florida many times before but never to Sarasota. We are looking at buying a small place there, to get away from the English winter as the old bones are beginning to complain the older I get

I could manage either the 28th or 29th after work - it would end up being 6, give or take.

The car show is a good idea, especially if you've never been. It's quite impressive.

When I got home, the wife came back with some of ladies from their dinner date who did their upmost to persuade us to settle in AZ. So you never know you might have a riding partner in the future.
