Rear facing is much safer for toddlers.

Nope, apparently there are 2 scooters in the family. Dad rides in front with the baby in the high chair facing backwards, mum rides behind with the older kid on the pillion seat, so she can keep an eye on baby in case it drops something or heaven forbid,,,fall out the high chair. it works very well, only twice has the Mother had to catch the baby. ROFL emoticon ROFL emoticon Facepalm emoticon Goofy emoticon

I watch a lot of those kinda videos, and I've come to the solid conclusion that there is a large list of countries I would never wanna be on the road in, bike or car. I wonder if some even require licenses to get on the road. Its a free for all.
