Modern Vespa

so after a long and very hard winter went out riding today. a couple hours cruising up the northern suburbs of Chicago by the lake. One of my favorite rides. A bit cold but tolerable, I was happy that the winter did not crap out my favorite routes as while there were pot holes, nothing that was terrible. Much better than the area around my house. I bought new winter gloves at the Motorcycle show in Feb and they were good. I am hoping this is the beginning of the riding season although the rest of this week looks just fair, but today was great. Hope all are well and safe.

I've been riding mine off and on through the winter, as it's pretty mild here. Just getting into the deep cleaning now. Today was the second time I've washed it this year. Shameful, I know. The wax is drying as I type this. It's all better now. I just can't bring myself to wash it during the constant rain we get all winter. Ride safe.

we unfortunately had a brutal winter here and the scoot has been in hibernation. Nice to get it back on the road. Be safe

Gotta get out and ride when the weather is good. No paticular place to go just need to get out.
Today the weather was 70 dang had to work.

I picked up my scoot from Scooterworks on Saturday and went on a long ride to Skokie Lagoons/Rose's Gluten Free Bakery on sunday.

It's going to be high 60's Wednesday and Thursday and near 70 on Saturday.
