So we have people hitting riders and bicyclists already. Glad the rider is okay. But this lady sounds like she was having a medical or mental issues.

Long winter making people crazy maybe? Glad no one was seriously hurt and glad this didn't happen on Saturday as my daughter has office hours in Evanston and that is the time she would have been commuting.
