hi all , ive been riding geared vespas for 30 yrs , now I have just purchased an et4 for my daughter , its a 1998 reg , ive seen in various places that the engines are from diffrerent makes depending on the year ???

also I need to change the rear trye but having problems removing the wheel nut , I know these are torqued up ive tried everything so far to loosen it but no joy , any advice please

Welcome Daz. I had an ET for a while. Try some lube like WD40, some heat from a hairdryer or paint stripper gun (go easy!) to expand the nut and break any rust, and a long handled socket bar/wheel wrench to get some extra force on it...

Breaker bar, JBblaster and heat. If you do not have a 2 foot breaker bar try a pipe on the end of your ratchet for more leverage. Good Luck
