Considering the massive amount of negative stuff going on in the World today, this 10 minute video was completely refreshing.
A guy in Australia is entertaining with PVC pipes and flip flops. Enjoy! http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=c85_1407830669 |

One of those things that I wish I could have taken a picture of but I was driving and my phone was in my front pants pocket. A big Harley with a pillion, a side car and a trailer.

Ugh, why you gotta post a picture of it Judy?!
![]() I hate those things with such a passion. Got bit by one a couple years ago while I was lying on my bed watching tv. Aside from the times I broke my finger and wrist, it was the worst pain I've ever felt. Husband found it and put it in the garbage disposal. I have zero tolerance for them. Unfortunately we have one in the house almost every week. I wish I knew where they were coming from... Should anyone ever get bit by one of these stupid jerk centipedes, I suggest you wash the area very very well ASAP. I did just about everything recommended... hot hot water, cold water, vinegar, ice, and finally I put meat tenderizer on it and left it there for about 3 hours. The next morning, it was like I had never been bitten. Victory! 8) |

So at the end of my beach road there's a roundabout. 4 roads coming into it. Was sitting behind a nondescript car that was stopped at the stop sign before entering it yesterday. He stops and then proceeds to go LEFT.

Hehe. Sunday I drove an hour away to visit my Mom. On the way back I blasted my horn for probably 30 seconds for a guy that was right next to us texting on his phone. And I was in my car. LOL

In Barbados the horn is used as a means of chatting to your fellow drivers. All the cars have 'Neep Neep' horns like our Vespas.
At least there you can tell instantly when it's a hire car by the number plate - full clearance (and tolerance) is given to them. Especially as there's no drink-drive law. |

Yano are we living on the same island? Sure i use my horn on the scooter all the time. People don't see us. Nobody seems to mind but about 5 or 6 years ago i was pulling into a parking garage near the Aloha Tower. Line was backed up. I saw a car way up front just sitting there. 5 min later he was still sitting there and the cars were backed out way down the street. I hit my horn. About a min later a car backed out. Apparently he was having trouble. Couldn't see the car because a big truck was blocking it. So i go to park and this dude starts yelling at me for using my horn. He yelled some nasty racial things and was really aggressive. Almost called 911. I've never heard a car horn out by you and never out here. Of course if somebody does something stupid you should but drive in NYC sometime and see how they use their horn Well maybe not so much now because NYPD has a fine they can levy. If you don't go immediately when the light turns green, you get horns blasting at you. People are more patient and courteous here. My friend was driving by me one day and she stopped and we had a long chat. Didn't realize there was a cop car behind her. I apologized and the cop said "no worries you looked like you were having a good talk" In NY i'd probably get arrested. Horns are not a form of communication here. At least from what i've seen. Been here about 20+ years total.
