Modern Vespa

Me having a Mango fall from a tree limb that was about 20-30ft above me (will leave that typo in) head. Clocked me right on top of my helmet. Thank God i was wearing one (i wear one if i go over 2 miles one way from my house. The video of the mango attack would be hilarious. "Death by Mango". Thank God it wasn't a coconut.

Mangos always seemed more friendly than that. I'm envious....dream of some day living with a mango tree in the yard. Apples are so...pedestrian.

I have papayas,limons (grafted tree) and bananas in the yard. Mango trees are huge. However i do have a set of DDD papayas. Will get a pic of them. Sadly they didn't come from my yard.I could put the lime in my coconut.

I hate you! Okay, just kidding. Envy all around. Remember looking out a window in Mexico and seeing a mango tree absolutely full of fruit. Thought I was in heaven. Just not going anywhere near that.

The weirdest shit I saw today was when I saw a North Carolina newspaper front page shown on local TV news (here in New Zealand).

The headline was carrying the tragic news of the church shooting in N.C .....but what was weird ....was a gun shop had stuck a sticker advertising a gun sale right over the headline at the top of the front page.

The sticker was a quick way for these opportunistic bastards to take advantage of the fears of people after yet another gun tragedy.

This goes beyond weird. Its a fucking indictment!

I cant believe how people accept this crap and allow it to perpetuate in their society.

Oh, me likes! Used to die for mangos, but papaya has caught up IMHO. Have to say I'm partial to Mexican ones, but they're easier to get here, and I have some loyalty to Mrs. f's birth country.

SilverStreak, is that just me, or is there some naughtiness in that song? "Papaya" in Latin America can get people in trouble...even Mitt Romney.

While checking out of our hotel room yesterday, the guy in the room next door came out. Talking to apparently no one. Until we noticed the bird on his shoulder.

Caused a bit of a flap (see what I did there?!) in the lobby when another guest's dog spotted her. Guessing the owner was grateful for her underwear then...
