That was the case but I didn't really want to expand too much on his disability.

In no way do I want to ridicule the aforementioned gentleman but if you'd always had this unfortunate circumstance you'd find a way of dealing with it wouldn't you ?

He'd previously shat himself ( details withheld ) and he was in the process of pissing himself as we walked by.

It was very surreal.

Everyone needs a project to keep themselves amused.

Weird stuff, yep, I finally saw something weird (not much happens out here.......good isn't it? ).

Just after dawn I saw a Willy Wagtail fluttering around one of the red marker lights on the top of our nearest antenna dish. It squawked and chirped and carried on like the light had just woken him up or something! Pecked at the light and everything, that Wagtail was pissed.
Laughing emoticon

Speaking of weird Willy Wagtails........

Hmm. First Willy Wagtail I've seen.

Anything going by that description around here would likely find themselves under arrest. Wha? emoticon

Riding into work this morning, entered the 5-lane into town, still in the right lane, was a bit surprised to be passed by a Harley bagger. He was going faster than I was, and as he passed a car he started what I'd call a tire scrubbing weave, maybe 6 or 8 times. Than a quarter mile on rode the lane divider and did the same thing. I've screwed around weaving etc on an empty road, but seemed rather stupid with traffic around. Sure made him visible, though.

I was sort of glad he didn't acknowledge me when he passed.

Luxury car pulls up next to me at the pump and pumps an amount suitable for my scooter. I guess this really isn't that strange around here anymore. When I first moved into this middle class neighborhood 35 years ago there were no luxury cars around. Now the neighborhood is loudly with Mercedes, BMW's Audis, high end Lincolns, Cadillacs and the like. They then pull up to the neighborhood service stations and trickle in $5 worth of gasoline.

Some days it is unbearable. You can only pray for rain, wind, or freeze to damper the stench

The last year had a Massive increase. I guess it's a sign of the homeless population and the myriad negative social conditions.

Ok...so these two images are weird in their own right. By no means do I want anyone to infer that the image is being posted as racist. I simply was amused by the terrible spelling and in one case, very hilarious result.

The other is a photo of possibly the most evil cat in the world. My neighbor's beast and I have been long time adversaries on many levels. She bites, howls and attacks at random without provocation. My neighbor placed a beer down to block her path and as you can see, she is not amused. In this one instance, we agreed on something. She clearly hates Coors.

I was so much focused on the "spies" that I didn't even notice the "Arbic."
Just hope the spelling is better on the right half of the sign.

OTOH, signs like this make me feel like I'm getting the real deal. Definitely (well, hopefully) a first-generation business.

Weirdest thing happened to me! I borrowed a friends car for a special event and wanted to return it with the gas tank full. I stop at the local gas station to fill up and after I was done, saw a guy on a scooter go over and take a picture of the pump I just used! Then he took a picture of the car! I think it's a stalker! Should I let my friend know about the weirdo? Laughing emoticon

This may strike some as sad, and I can see that. However, it was so remarkable, I thought it was too bizarre to keep to myself. --- Thankfully, we have this thread.

At a local hospital, in an elevated walkway with glass walls, apparently a pigeon didn't know the glass was there and made a hell of an impact. This is either grease, dirt, or pigeon sweat leaving a perfect image of the bird on the glass. I don't know, do pigeons sweat?

I don't think any bird sweat. I guess if you're flying hard then the last thing you want is for your feathers to get damp with sweat. I'd imagine the mark on the window is from the dust held in all feathers (either bits of broken down feather, flecks of keratin from growing feathers or just plain dust).

I feel so wrong that I am laughing at that photo. They have dust usually. I had a parrot for a while the he always smelled of dust. He did like to get in the shower with me and then he smelled like wet dog oddly... Most birds roll around in dirt because it keeps parasitic creatures off them better. Same with Chinchillas I think, they like lava ash though. I used to be quite fascinated with watching chinchillas take dust baths when i was a kid. If you notice the little parking lot birds, they will roll in dust too.

that happened to an old friend of mine, he was a big British motorcycle fanatic, and on the way back from Blackpool, stood in the m-way services, he saw a BSA something or other pull into the car park, and in his enthusiasm to go see it, he walked straight through a plate glass window
