In all honesty I actually don't know what it is, Sure it's glass but it doesn't look like a promotion. It looks like someone's wife or partner.

If you want to romanticise it it's probably a ghost whose trying to tell me who the killer is but it did freak me out a little because I've never seen it before.

I'll make a bet that the image isn't there tomorrow.

While traveling through Anselmo, Nebraska (Pop 145) about an hour ago, I spotted what is apparently a pole-mounted exterior communication device.

It wouldn't function unless a specific number and sized small metal discs were inserted into an orifice on its face. Ingenious! Why aren't there more of these?

Woke up to this at 1:30am. Mind you, we live in a culdesac in the suburbs.

My wife said maybe they were trying to outrun the police and didn't realize it was a dead end.

To which I replied if they were trying to outrun the police in a U-Haul box truck, they are idiots and got what they deserved.

By 2:45 they had cuffed them and hauled them and the truck away and you'd never know anything happened.

Something strange is going on in my Hometown.

I walk daily through the Town Center at around 9am and each day when I pass by a particular Bank there's an employee that stands opposite the premises on the other side of the street, but rather than go in when it opens they stand there and face the building.

Nothing strange about that you might ask, but each day it's a different employee and each day they will stand in exactly the same spot which is to the left of a lampost.

They don't enter when the doors open. They just stand there.

It's kind of weird.

If it's a daily thing only when the bank opens, one can only assume it's a security thing perhaps?

I was in Target today buying pack of replacement brush heads for my electric toothbrush. It must be classified as an electronic item because the self-checkout prompted if I wanted to purchase a four year warranty care plan on the brush heads…

So if I'm supposed to change my toothbrush head regularly, does that mean I get free ones for four years?
