No, I don't. I'm allowed to be offended when someone makes fat jokes, because I find picking on people for their physical appearance offensive.

nobody has picked on anyone for their physical appearance in this thread. i haven't seen any signs of a 'fat joke' either.

This is perhaps the worst bit of advice commonly thrown around the world at large. It is, among other things, what allows bullying to continue and worsen to the level that is has in the world.

If everyone followed this advice, we would be a world of selfish people who care only for themselves, and respect no one else.

OK closed, but let me mention one thing. A number of us were or are morbidly obese. More than once we have come together to share and openly discuss our struggles. NO ONE has EVER done anything more than support that struggle.

BTW those 46" purples were mine. I mistakenly packed my favorites and when I unpacked them I realized they were now 10" to big. God I liked those panties!

rdk and I were previously fat (VERY fat) and wanted to become un-fat.

We both acquired AN, AA, and EDNOS, and she nearly died. Yes, nearly died.

In fact, a large percentage of people that undertake dieting end up with an eating disorder, and the most common prognosis for long term untreated eating disorders is DEATH, usually to completed suicide.

Be nice people and relax.

Ok... in addition to the purple panties a saw in a very remote wilderness area while hiking last week, I saw this on a beach near our hotel on Friday. This bathing suit top was not there on Thursday when I walked by early in the morning. Who are these people losing their clothing and why am I never around except to see the aftermath??

Weird way to park. Came out of my doctors office today to find this. Nice parking job, ass!

I do fun stuff when people park like that. Especially when they park so the drivers side is next to an open slot. But I sometimes wonder, do they get the message when I park RIGHT next to them, like 6" or so from their driver door so they have to get in the passenger side?

C I had a MC pin me in once. Couldn't get on my bike. The guys at Ace thought the person knew me Not. They moved his bike for me and gave him an earful. Nobody else in the whole row either

"weird shit"...There was a random length of oddly bent pipe in the road crossing a bridge while I was out running around. Normally, I'm pretty good at identifying what stuff is...not a clue where this came from, though.

Sorry...that's the best I've got recently. Tourist season hasn't kicked up yet. That's when the fun stuff starts appearing.

Funny you mention finding one shoe. Debbie and I were waiting for a flight on Saturday morning when an announcement comes over the PA system. "Would the person who left a shoe at security please return to claim it."

Who leaves a shoe at security? Did they hop away wearing only one?

One of the dumb things I wonder on long road trips is how long you would have to collect all those solo shoes before you had a pair of semi matching shoes/boots/sandals, whatever.

I also wonder how and why it is so common to see gallons of paint splattered all over the road. I picture a careless painter, putting the gallon in the back of a truck, tailgate down and just hauling ass around until it tips.

On the weekend their was a bloke taking his lizard for a walk.... the lizard had a little harness and a lead and the chap was just "walking" it.... through the city centre....

My cousins son had a Iguana that he walked on a leash. They can be trained just like dogs to do things. He built a big cage for him and Iguanas grow to their environment. He was huge. BTW rabbits can be trained to jump hurdles. 8) Really big in the Scandinavian countries.

I had to stop and take a pic. I had no idea Vespa made a car.

The two coolest vehicles on the planet happened to park next to each other at the local Harbor Fright.

I love that grille decoration. For some reason reminds me a bit of Herman Munster.
