Well, not today, but the last night.

I have an automated monitoring camera outside our front door. An interesting footage from the last night:

A young guy lurked to the porch with a large stone in the right hand. He tested the door handle with the left hand. Then my monitoring camera apparently set a small blue light on, signalling that it is recording. The guy turned towards the camera, stared it a moment and then staggered away.

I'll guess I just saved paying a broken glass in our front door, and then some....

When I got my first car, I could leave it unlocked to the car park of a block of flats I lived. The key to the flat was typically always in the lock, outside the apartment. The more sceptical folks took the key inside for the night.

Friend with a GTS 310 has been eating belts (4 so far) and he's on his 2nd variator (now Malossi) after 22k km. He's been in a battle with Piaggio HQ. Feedback from dealer friend is that the belts don't seem to last more than 8k in our weather and under city traffic use. I'm pretty sure there's going to be an inside directive for complaining customers just like with the oil consumption on the previous generation HPE engines…

My guess is tht they just drop the belt and rollers changes to 5000km, so they just make more money, not less

Yes. Redesigned rings. New kit as a whole (1A013363 -> 1A0214314). No oil consumption with the keyless models…

After 190km trip home, found this. And yes, tried to put it back and "pok" and another round...no wonder it got loose and dropped.

Reminded me a few years back I was on the highway and saw a Model X constantly switching lanes. At first I thought the driver was crazy but then it hit me it must've been in self driving mode trying to pick out the fastest lane in front of it because it steered so unnaturally and had perfectly timed turn signals.
