Can I continue to drive till solving my problem or it's will too dangerous?

Thanks for any ideas...

The pinch-bolt may be loose - or may have been over-tightened in the past, leading to a crushed steering tube, in which case you will need one of these: Steering tube plugs

Jim, it seems the OP is showing the bottom end of the central steering tube. So, the link between that and the two 'wheel steering tubes' is loose.
If it comes off, it will behave just like a car with both steering linkages simultaneously breaking. Total loss of control, no steering.

In other words, don't ride it.

My bad - quick glance got it wrong.

I've not had that go bad on any of the MP3's I've looked after - but it should be very simple to snug up the fitments.

Yes, Madison Sully, you are absolutely right, problem is in link between steering tube and the two 'wheel steering tubes'and sorry about my poor picture. You think is CAN came off?
I going to go to work with car, thank You!

You are absolutely right not to ride it until you have investigated further. This joint is not normally a point of failure because its not under any load from suspension or braking. So it must have been damaged by an extreme shock load or a fastening becoming very loose. Either way failure would be catastrophic.

investigation finished!
Had couple hours of free time to dismount steering mechanism. Changed bearings and oil rings on tie steering control tie rod but no luck here - there are massive signs of wear at steering tube control axis...

Very odd
Has your scooter ever been in an accident?

Reason I ask is, I can't picture how an undamaged assembly would end up with wear on those parts. If the tie rod assembly were bent, it may put strain on those parts as the main strength in the assembly front to back is the big parallelogram parts.

I'd suggest that when you go to reassemble the tie rod assembly onto the bearing, see if you have to force it, or twist the new bearing part #2 to get it into its hole. I would think it should line up right without pushing.

Honestly I haven't idea about history of my pony ... as I have it only for two months.
Seems like I will buy another steering control tie rod:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/genuine-Piaggio-MP3-400ie-2007-Steering-Control-Tie-Rod-USED-MPN-622744-/191056448083?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item2c7bda0a53
because on my I have colour damages; possibly it has bent?

That may not be a bad idea. On the other hand, once you install the new bearings, clips, etc., if the old tie rod fits in very nicely with no binding then there may be no problem with it.

Just my two cents, by the way. While mechanical, I am rather new to the MP3.
