Modern Vespa

hi all

so im taking my mp3 125cc for its 1st service, is there anything i should be expecting or any changes that i should ask for,eg: brighter lights etc ?
are there any tweaks that can be done at this stage to make the bike better ?

by the way this is my first post and it is my first bike so needless to say i dont really know much about it lol

I switched all bulbs except headlights to LED's, they are so much better than stock bulbs in cloudy conditions or at night. Now in the daytime they aren't as noticeable as stock bulbs, so it depends on when you do the most riding.

The headlights I changed over to PIAA Night Tech bulbs, because again at night they cover a much wider pattern on the road, whiter light and cut through fog and rain better than stock headlights.

took it for the service today and they only did the basic changes like oil, coolant, spark plug, filter etc and what a difference that made , before the max rev where 9k now its 10.5k a increase of about 10mph which is a lot considering that i was only hitting 60mph

really happy with the result fo far

1000 mile service should have only been an oil change and check fluids and check for loose stuff.

It may also include an adjustment of the steering bearings.
Ounce of prevention....

And applying anti-seize to the allen-keyed front brake locating pins...

etc, etc,

I had not heard about the allen keyed front brake pins. Seems I could use that list of etc, etc,....
