Hi all, I know there has been plenty of debate regarding full face or open face helmets, i don't want to ignite that debate here. I want the protection of full face & would like to get some feedback on my two favoured options.

Will the full face perspex on the first option give much protection,or is it purely meant as a wind shield
. The second one is modular, I quite like it. I've had an Airoh before and it fitted well, looked great and was good quality. I subsequently bought a Roof helmet, which was very expensive at the time, it was never comfortable and slowly fell apart...

I have a Shoei Neotec and I went modular because it was easier to get my glasses on with a modular rather than a full face. (I had a full face Shoei before.) How durable it will be, I don't know other than to say that Shoei has a very good reputation -- and you pay for it. As for the protection offered by the Perspex, I'm no engineer but I would say no protection at all if you face plant.

Wind and leaves/bird waste/small pebbles only. Folks who've gone down wearing a 3/4 like you've pictured....they've taken damage.
