Transport fees form US to Europe are horrible.
I assume it will be much easier to find cheap frame in Europe.
I'v seen some offers (my country local auctions portal) for 100-200$ (with all required documents), I am not sure about western Europe, but it can be even cheaper. So, I assume transport will be more expensive than cost of the local parts.
