Are the valve stems and caps the same size dimensions as a cars valve stems?

Not because I am going to do this but a wireless tire gauge would be kind od useful.

Yes, standard Schrader valves.

no not really. the valve is a 413 same size as a lawn and garden tractor. I buy the 413S which are the shorter valve stems, they have less problems than the standard length. The car valve's are a different diameter hole. The inside removable valve portions are pretty much the same.
