I'm 4-4 safe trip so far however it is hard to ride like that. ![]() SDG |

Yup... RAM Mount drink holder. I attached a small bungee as well to make sure the beverage can't tip.

I like my chromed foot rack / cup holder so much, sometimes needing to go out for a drink is the reason I choose the scooter. Yes, I drink and drive (with coffee).
The rack is from Didge at Classic Racks ![]() ![]() You can see the foot rack on the GTV, right.

many nice options. I like the RAM mount as with a basic hookup to your mirror stem you can use several "pieces" for different devices. With the basic mount I have my cupholder which does stay level when scooting or I can switch it out for a device which holds my phone when being used as a GPS, music device, etc. I bought the universal device which can hold many different sized devices from most phones to most GPS units. Hope this helps

Very cool accessories.
I've mostly stopped buying soda from stores, restaurants or fast food places, but not for the typical reasons. Drinks have become way overpriced vs. their cost, and have become one of the highest margin items for the seller. They also have flavors limited by Oligopolies who use their monopoly power to eliminate flavors from competitors. They also have limited selection of sugar-free flavors. I also have come to enjoy some of the energy drink flavors, but not the energy drink prices. So I make my own and bring it with me in 1L bottles. I got a Flavorstation soda maker, which is like a Sodastream but better. It's about 1/3 the price, and has been as cheap as $25 at BigLots on occasion. Sodastream uses proprietary CO2 tanks and attachments, with highly overpriced refill exchanges. The Flavorstation use standard paintball attachments and tanks that can be refilled for a fraction of the price of a Sodastream. It costs only about $3 to refill a 20-24oz paintball tank at local sporting good stores. It's cheap to buy spare paintball tanks. The soda machines do use special bottles for carbonation, yet the price is reasonable. For flavors, I can choose any soda syrup that I can find for a good price. Sam's club sells the Coke product and their generic ones in bag-in-a-box form. Soda syrup can be expensive to ship as single units because they are heavy. So warehouse stores are often quite a bit cheaper because the freight costs are lower by the pallet for them than what you have to pay for shipping individual boxes. I also use the Sodastream flavors because they now have so many of them, including a lot of sugar-free ones, all-natural ones, and ones with no sweetners at all. My favorite is their diet energy drink flavor because it tastes exactly like Red Bull to me. I can also mix my own flavor combinations, better than those new computerized Coke monstrosities. Sorry for the extra detail if it doesn't interest you. It's a rather unusual approach and took more time to figure out than most people would want to spend just for beverage choice. It has saved me a lot of money to not buy overpriced flavored soda water, and I get flavors I actually like a lot better than the stores offer. It now takes me less time and effort to get syrup and CO2 refills than getting soda from the store and bringing it home. The syrup and CO2 costs me about 25 cents per liter of finished soda. Plain soda water for mixing is virtually free. I never run out of soda when I want it. I always have an extra full CO2 tank on hand and chilled water. Any flavoring will do in a pinch, including Crystal Light and Teas. |

My solution is to avoid the sugar and packaging by drinking plain water - from the tap.

Put a drinks mount next to the ashtray and the umbrella older.
You may need to move the television to another position and they often will sit well beside the fridge. Now if the toilet lid cant close..you will need to shift the deep fryer to the rear of the scoot and mount the bathroom scales in the foot well. Cant imagine riding a scoot without any of these essential accessories.

We just pour the restaurant-supplied drink into a wide-mouthed Nalgene backpackers bottle, and toss it in the top case, along with the food.

Bitza you never fail to crack me up!
I have a Corazzo cup holder that works fine when the need arises. http://www.corazzo.net.au/product/adjustable-bottle-holder/ ⚠️ Last edited by David Masse on UTC; edited 1 time

I just put mine under the seat in the pet carrier. I can fit a large size in there with no problem, as long as I have something like a jacket or towel to wrap around it. I haven't had one tip over yet. It' not like I can drink it while I'm riding anyway.

This was my solution... I commute 5 miles to work, so I don't need to drink it while I'm driving, but I make my coffee at home (or buy it along the way), and needed a way to transport it.
I had an old pelican case with this 'cubed' foam (idk if there's an actual name for it), but it was originally used for camera lenses. I've had a couple of dribbles (as you can see ![]() ![]() |

I've had luck with those inexpensive hang on the window type cup holders, either simply just hanging it on the pet carrier edge one closing the seat. On the buddy, there was a screw below the seat hinge to which I hung the cup holder from after removing the 'hook' from it.

I made a cup holder with a "T" shaped piece a aluminum, attached a bike bottle cage and used the existing screw holes to hold it to the bike.

I try to hold it between my legs / knees. Am 3 for 3...spilled every time. I've given up! Under the seat is ok for short distances. Gets pretty warm.

I found this on Amazon. The strap it came with was much too long, so I improvised. Fits a 20oz or smaller perfectly. Haven't attempted a lidded cup yet...

This may sound like a silly question. How do you take a sip of your coffee when you are wearing a full face helmet? I would love to take my coffee with me when commuting to work.

My wife uses a corazzo cup holder on her scoot, I have a floorplate/cupholder from classic racks. My next helmet will be a shoei modular so I can flip the front up at traffic lights for a sip of coffee. 8)
