Is anyone else concerned that Jess, our fearless, sometimes feared, but generally beloved, leader and self-styled petty tyrant hasn't posted since March 9th?

Jess averages more than 9 posts a day. That's some backlog.

Maybe he's consumed with Cannonball prep.

Maybe he's using a new username and walking anonymously among us like the prince from the Prince and the Pauper, or Undercover Boss.

I confess I'm a little concerned.

Maybe the mods can provide some comfort.

Very true, and if that's case, very good news. It's just not like him. Maybe he's waging an epic battle with Heartbleed. Actually, I wouldn't be shocked if that were indeed the case.

The government of Canada shut down some of its most important web services due to that bug.

Let's hope he's basking in Bora Bora with a beer and gazing out at the setting sun, without a care in the world.
