A little more than one shot additional fuel would take that below 100 mpg.
I'll be really impressed if your next two fillups are also over 100 mpg. Otherwise, sorry to say, it's just when the fuel pump decided to shut off. By the way, on my MP3 500 I have gotten 55 and 57 mpg, so you are in a whole different league than I. |

That is great.
For those who don't know, a US gallon = .832 imperial gallons, so more like 85 mpg US. Still very good and a great milestone. |

Cheers guys.
I forgot to mention that my fuelly stats aren't since day one The engine was broken in for the first 2 weeks and then I had a crash (last June). It was then at the garage for 3-4 months waiting for parts? So i'm guessing MPG will only rise. |

Best was on 9/18/13 when I got 85.8mpg US gallons, 102.7mpg imperial gallons. That has on my trip to the Sierras. That week was 510 miles, 6.78 gallons, 75+ mpg (90mpg imperial), all highway, with half of that on I-5/CA-99 keeping up with freeway traffic. Fuelly
Note: This is with using "fuel" that California has, is lieu of real gasoline. I will expect 5-10% more mileage once I get into Arizona, as I did on tour on my Savage. |

I'm paying of £1.30 per litre which is $2.04 Care to ship some over? Edit: So us brits are pretty much paying 100% more on fuel (avg). |

On a group ride in the western North Carolina mountains in 2011, I got three consecutive tank full mileage of 81.4, 87.5 and 84.6 US on my 2006 GT. That works out to 97.5, 105.1 and 102.9 Imperial.
It appears mileage is better at some altitude (we were between 2000 and 6000 feet on the ride). Also we were on roads where the average speed was 40 to 50 mph and we didn't have to stop much. |
