Hello all...

Some technical screwing advice would be much appreciated for my GTS250!
I need to know what size / type of screw is required to attach my rear rack to the back of the carrier mount. See picture below. There are two holes (circled red) that take a screw through the carrier and into the rack mount - I just don't know which screw. Any assistance greatly appreciated!

Thanks all!!

Simon i haven't a clue because a friend did mine but you might want to do what i did. I had my friend drill all the way thru and put solid screws and a good nuts on. People used to pull on my rear rack all the time and the screws only go halfway in and the rack was leaning. Now it doesn't . You can pull on it and i can carry heavier things on my rack. Hope this helps. Good luck

There m6 & I think there about 30mm or 35mm long If your fitting the flip down rack on you will need 2 more to fit on the bracket above light ( under plactic cover )

I used some stainless steel flange heads from ebay like this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M6-6mm-A2-Stainless-Steel-Flanged-Hexagon-Bolts-Flange-Head-Hex-Screws-/181264058071?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Nails_Fixing_MJ&var=&hash=item2a342e06d7

I assumed you'd pull off the plastic covers and see what fitted yourself - no way I was going to take my rack off just to check the screws...
