Forgot to mention my current helmets. Cant post pics from work though.
Nolan N102 flip-up. Nice, solid and comfy but also heavy and rather large. It looks pretty ridiculous on me with my little pea sized head. I do like the ratchet strap it has. Nolan N30. not too bad but after trying it out for a few rides found that I didn't like the open face. Too loud and too windy and I feel too exposed for anything other than a ride around the hood to pick up sushi. HJC CL-12 or something like it. Been my main helmet for 6 or 7 years now. Not much to say, it's done the job and it wasn't too expensive. I'm definitly looking for something that has a little more my style but also comfortable and high quality. I tried out one of the Nexx copter style helmets once but found it to be not very comfortable and the shield wasn't low enough for me so I sent it back. Cool looking hat but I wanted more than just a cool looking helmet. |

Seems like a good tech helmet with a nice sized face hole as well. Justin Other than trying on a bunch of full-face helmets and using my buddy's for a bit, this is the only one that I have so I can't give much comparative input. I can say that for my head, it is comfortable, vents nicely, doesn't make my ears sore. I wear glasses and there is plenty of room, even with the sun visor down. I do wish the sun visor came down a little further, and the helmet is a bit of a squeeze to get on, but, overall, I like it a lot. |

My wife ordered the bullitt this week and it arrived yesterday. She wanted me to take a quick ride with it to see what I thought. Even though it fit me very well it was very loud and windy, and I never got above 35. Love the look and it seems well built and fairly light but if you want it as a highway, cold weather or touring helmet you may be disappointed. If you consider it in the same way you would an open face then it's a usefull piece of gear. I have to say it's not quite as luxurious as I thought it would be.

^^^^ That is a great style of helmet. Unfortunately, all of the modern Bell helmets I've examined just don't seem to be very comfortable or quiet. And that's too bad, as they do have some great styles.

I'll play....
My new Bitwell Gringo all dressed up for an Easter ride My Sparx 1/2 helmet w/bubble shield. This is usually my go to lid when around town. My super girly GLX full face. And this is what we had in the garage. Between me, my husband, his car race team, and friends they collect. In fact it's now a running joke that all old helmets get retired in the garage like sports jerseys. (There's been more added since this was taken.) |

I had this M2R for about 6 years. Aero stable at well over 200kph (drag racer), really quiet, very light, multi-layer carbon/Kevlar blah, blah, blah.
*as modelled by my willing apprentice a few years ago* For the scoot I've got this one, purely so I could sip coffee and drinks on the highways on long trips, and due to the really great sunglasses built in ( I do a lot of rides around sunset). Unfortunately, it's noisy and the quick-release catch digs into my neck. Looks stoooopid too, but that doesn't worry me much......... Now for the drags and winter I bought a new M2R helmet. Great fit for me, very aero stable, but for some reason this one is much noisier than the last one, even only doing 100kph is deafening. I hate earplugs, but don't have much choice. I should have just sprung for the $700 AGV that I talked myself out of. Or just bought a Bell Vector (although they're technically illegal in Oz without our local sticker). I'll end up with 20 helmets at this rate. |

Putting this sticker on my Diesel today. Found it in my wallet and i haven't a clue why someone would make this and what it really means but i like it. Will get the gang together for a photo shoot. I'm a bit of a helmet hoarder. Think there's 6 of them.
